This course will teach you to start within the IT field. If you are new to IT or preparing for a job interview then you are in the right place. The course will assist you to crack the technical round, and up-skill the current knowledge, and basic understanding of the Service Desk. The course is designed with the real-life example of how to resolve basic IT related issues over the phone or by remote into the machine. The course supports troubleshooting in Level 1 and Level 2.
The course is taught by our trainer having more than 10 years of industry experience and who is currently working with a MNC. Therefore, don’t stress you are in good hands where you gather all the required materials that are needed to excel in the IT industry.
